I know two different families with one adopted child followed by a biological child. From my limited perspective as an outsider, I see two sets of parents who love and cherish all their children. The children, both the adopted and the biological, look to be well-adjusted happy loved kids. Whatever path leads you to motherhood, I'm certain you'll be a loving and devoted parent. We love the idea of adopting a child from a different culture, down the road when our own children are a bit older. My heart breaks for your losses, as I cannot imagine going through that kind of thing.I think it takes a brave heart to give a home to a child who is not biologically yours and opening yourself up to the unknown, then again I guess that kind of risk comes with most of life's challenges. I know everything will work out for you and your sailor in the end. Thank you for your posts of honesty, humor, and encouragement. I look forward to them and know they will give me comfort when my husband leaves for boot camp in the spring! :)ShaunaGreer13https://www.blogger.com/profile/11075507757307902047noreply@blogger.com
